Ingredients

  • 2 glass rice
  • 2 glass water
  • Vegetables of urs choice
  • 2 Potato
  • 2 Onion
  • Capsicum, nutella,beans
  • 1 spoon Salt
  • 1 spoon Redchilli
  • 1 spoon Halde
  • Dry coriander pawder
  • Garam masala
  • 1 Carrot
  • Jeera and hing

Directions

  • Put oil in a cooker and add jeera and hing
  • Now add all vegetable and fry it for 5 min.
  • Add all spices
  • Now add rice and cook for 2 min
  • Add water and close the lid of cooker and cook for 1 whistle.
  • Ready to serve. Serve it with curd, chutni, or pickle
