Put oil in a cooker and add jeera and hingNow add all vegetable and fry it for 5 min.Add all spicesNow add rice and cook for 2 minAdd water and close the lid of cooker and cook for 1 whistle.Ready to serve. Serve it with curd, chutni, or pickle
