1 kg chicken2 onions2 tomatoes1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp garlic paste1 green chilliesto taste Salt1 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp garam masalaFresh leaves of fenugreekOil for cooking

In a heavy base pan put oil and add chopped onions, garlic, ginger,green chilli, saute till softNow add tomatoes and cover for 5, add in salt, turmeric, garam masala. Cook till it leaves a lil oilNow add methi leaves and chicken. Cook till chicken is cooked thoroughlyAdd 2 tbsp of cream and keep in 2 more mins.Adjust spices and serve with naan or roti
