Stirfried chicken with greenbeans

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg CHICKENcut into bite size
  • 1/4 kg GREEN BEANS cut into 1inch
  • 4 cloves minced GARLIC
  • 6 tbsp COOKING OIL
  • 2 tbsp FLOUR
  • 2 cups CHICKEN BROTH
  • 3 tbsp SOY SAUCE
  • 3 tbsp BROWN SUGAR

Directions

  • Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in pan. Stirfry greenbeans. Once wilted, remove from pan. Set aside.
  • Pour remaing oil in pan. Drop chicken in pan once oil is hot. Brown both sides of the chicken cuts. Remove from fire. Set aside.
  • Brown garlic in oil. Once brown, add-in flour. Stir for 30sec.
  • Add back chicken and green beans. Add soy sauce and sugar. Stirfry for 10sec. Add chicken broth and stir. Cook until sauce thicken. Serve with rice.
