Stirfried chicken with greenbeans

Ingredients

1/2 kg CHICKENcut into bite size

1/4 kg GREEN BEANS cut into 1inch

4 cloves minced GARLIC

6 tbsp COOKING OIL

2 tbsp FLOUR

2 cups CHICKEN BROTH

3 tbsp SOY SAUCE

3 tbsp BROWN SUGAR
Directions

Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in pan. Stirfry greenbeans. Once wilted, remove from pan. Set aside.

Pour remaing oil in pan. Drop chicken in pan once oil is hot. Brown both sides of the chicken cuts. Remove from fire. Set aside.

Brown garlic in oil. Once brown, add-in flour. Stir for 30sec.

Add back chicken and green beans. Add soy sauce and sugar. Stirfry for 10sec. Add chicken broth and stir. Cook until sauce thicken. Serve with rice.
