Chickpeas Cutlet

Ingredients

  • 100 gm boiled chickpeas
  • 1/4 chopped onion (medium size)
  • 2 tsp gram flour
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1/2 cumin powder

Directions

  • Take a bowl put boil chickpeas and mash properly
  • Add gram flour, coriander powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, onion, chili powder, and ginger garlic paste. Mix all together
  • Make balls with your palm. Use oil on the palm to avoid stickiness
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls till brown.
  • Serve with chutney or ketchup
