100 gm boiled chickpeas1/4 chopped onion (medium size)2 tsp gram flour1/2 tsp chaat masala1/4 tsp red chilli powder1/2 tsp coriander powderVegetable oilSalt as per taste1/2 tsp garlic-ginger paste1/2 cumin powder
Directions

Take a bowl put boil chickpeas and mash properlyAdd gram flour, coriander powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, onion, chili powder, and ginger garlic paste. Mix all togetherMake balls with your palm. Use oil on the palm to avoid stickinessHeat oil in a pan and fry the balls till brown.Serve with chutney or ketchup
