Cauliflower - carrot - lentil curry/dahl

Ingredients

  • Whole cauliflower
  • 100 (?) g red lentils
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2-1 can coconut milk (but I think it would also be acceptable without it)
  • Chicken spice (I used the one with cardamon)
  • Curry spice
  • Herbal pepper

Directions

  • Chop your veggies - carrot in thick slices, and onion & cauliflower in little pieces
  • Fry onion in 1 tbsp oil (I used oil from dried tomatoes)
  • Add cauliflower and carrot, fry for a few minutes
  • Add lentils, spices and water to cover everything
  • Boil for 25 min in open pan
  • Add coconut milk, boil for 15 min, add salt and pepper
