Cauliflower - carrot - lentil curry/dahl

Whole cauliflower100 (?) g red lentils2 yellow onions4 carrots1 tbsp oil1/2-1 can coconut milk (but I think it would also be acceptable without it)Chicken spice (I used the one with cardamon)Curry spiceHerbal pepper

Chop your veggies - carrot in thick slices, and onion & cauliflower in little piecesFry onion in 1 tbsp oil (I used oil from dried tomatoes)Add cauliflower and carrot, fry for a few minutesAdd lentils, spices and water to cover everythingBoil for 25 min in open panAdd coconut milk, boil for 15 min, add salt and pepper
