227 g butter1 1/2 cups sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 3/4 cup flour2 teaspoons cream of tartar1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions

Mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla and blend well.Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.Shape dough into balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.Place on baking sheet lined with baking paper.Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.Enjoy!
