2 Chicken BreastsRed Pepper & Green Pepper1 Red Chilli1 egg beatenFlour3 tablespoon soy sauce3 garlic cloves finely chopped2 table spoon tomato puree100 ml water
Directions

Cut the chicken into strips and season, coat in egg then flourShallow fry the chicken until brown and add the peppers and cook for a few more minutes, remove from panAdd the chilli, garlic, tomato purée, soy sauce, water together into the pan and simmer until thickensAdd chicken and peppers back into the pan for a further 2 minsServe with rice and enjoy
