Chilli Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • Red Pepper & Green Pepper
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Flour
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 table spoon tomato puree
  • 100 ml water

Directions

  • Cut the chicken into strips and season, coat in egg then flour
  • Shallow fry the chicken until brown and add the peppers and cook for a few more minutes, remove from pan
  • Add the chilli, garlic, tomato purée, soy sauce, water together into the pan and simmer until thickens
  • Add chicken and peppers back into the pan for a further 2 mins
  • Serve with rice and enjoy
