1 cup semolinaHalf cup curd1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp chaat masala1 tsp eno fruit salt or baking powderHalf tsp baking soda if eno not availableSmall onion sliced for tadka1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds1 packet Chinese chilli masala if availableKetchup and soy sauce optional

Mix curd and semolina with all spices and mix well.rest for 10 minutes.add baking soda and powder if eno unavailable but if eno is here then it’s best to make anything fluffy like bread dhokla,cake or other fluffy dishesMix well and set a pan add water and set stand in center.pour mixture into small bowls after greasing with oil or idli plates if have.steam for 10 minutes and take out.Otherwise roast cumin and mustard seeds.add ketchup and soy sauce with Chinese masala.add little water and mix well.make a thick masala tadka and add idli cut pieces in this mixture to coat well.Enjoy yummy mouthwatering Chinese idli.stay safe stay healthy and happy
