Lavender Dumplings - For Chicken Broth

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup AP Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Large pinch Salt
  • 70 ml Milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dry Lavender Tea

Directions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl then make into 6 balls with floured hands
  • Let to sit for 3-5 mins then carefully drop into broth and cover with lid
  • After 8 mins lift the lid and test the dumpling with a toothpick which should come out clean - if not cover and cook for another 2 mins.
  • Serve and Enjoy :)
