Ingredients

  • 1 pack Egg noodle
  • 250 g cooked pork bbq
  • Beansprout
  • Half carrot strips
  • 5 shallots slices
  • Light soy sauce

Directions

  • Blach egg noodle to separate then set aside. Heat wok and add oil stir fry shallots then carrots and beansprout. Add noodle and mix well together with pork bbq. Season and mix again. Serve
