Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breast
  • 1 lg Green pepper
  • 1 lg onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Rotella chiles and tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed
  • 1 package tortillas cut in slices
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Directions

  • Cut breast in half lengthwise. Bake at 350 for 20 min
  • Saute the onions and peppers until soft
  • Add Rotella, soups, and garlic heat until warm
  • Lightly coat a 9×13pan with chicken drippings.
  • Lightly coat the base of cake/lasagna pan with sauce and tortillas. Layer like lasagna. Chicken, sauce, cheese, tortillas. Add cheese to top layer.
  • Bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Cool when done for 10 min
