Pistachio Lokoum

Ingredients

4 cups powdered sugar1 cup cornstarch3 cups water1/4 cup rose waterPinch salt and mastic1 cup pistachios
Directions

Boil 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water add 1 cup of water to the cornstarch then add those the sugar and water mixtureMix while adding the rose water gradually add the pistachios pour the mixture into a plastic wrap wiped with oil then roll it nicely and let it cool down for 4 hours and finally dip in powdered sugar and cornstarch, cut and serve
