Pistachio Lokoum

Oussai Hibetallah

Ingredients

  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 cup rose water
  • Pinch salt and mastic
  • 1 cup pistachios

Directions

  • Boil 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water add 1 cup of water to the cornstarch then add those the sugar and water mixture
  • Mix while adding the rose water gradually add the pistachios pour the mixture into a plastic wrap wiped with oil then roll it nicely and let it cool down for 4 hours and finally dip in powdered sugar and cornstarch, cut and serve
