Quick Sauté: Shishito with yellow squash

1 large yellow squash5 tender shishito chilies1 garlic clove1 TSP minced green onionto taste Salt1.5 Tsp olive oil
Directions

Slice yellow squash and shishio chili.Mince garlic and green onionHeat up olive oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Drop in yellow squash and sprinkle a pinch of salt. Saute for a minute until they become wither. Add shishito and stir for another half minute. Adjust seasoning and add green onion right before plating.
