Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 50 g garlic and ginger each
  • 2 tablespoons Chille
  • 3 tablespoons chille
  • 2-3 table spoons of soya sauce

Directions

  • Cook the chicken for about 20 to 30 minutes adding peeper water vinegar and salt
  • Fry the chicken in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes
  • Use the same fried oil to cook Add the garlic and ginger paste and add 6 teaspoons of vinegar
  • Also add the previously added stock
  • Add chillie and sugar to the stock also add little more salt
  • When boiling add soya sauce
  • Add the chicken and cook food for about 10 minutes
