Ingredients

5 medium ripe tomatoes roughly chopped2 long green chillies (more or less as per your spice preference)Salt as per taste3-4 garlic cloves1 tsp cumin seedsTempering1.5 tsp oil1 tsp mustard seedsPinch Asafoetida
Directions

Take a jar and add tomatoes, garlic, chillies and salt. Blend everything to a smooth paste. Take it out in a serving bowl.Heat oil in a tempering pan. Once hot add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add asafoetida and temper it on top of chutney. Serve it as is.This quick easy and yummy chutney can be served with paratha, thepla, dhokla, khichdi etc etc.. try it you won’t regret I promise.
