1 pound ground beef1 tbsp. avocado oil1 small onion,finely chopped3 tbsp. tomato paste1 1/2 tsp. paprika1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper2 tbsp. all-purpose flour2 cups whole milk1 3/4 cup beef broth2 cups elbow macaroni pasta2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef until no pink remains.Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutesStir in the tomato paste, seasonings and flourPour in the milk and broth and stir.Add the macaroni and stir.Bring to a boil then reduce to medium-low, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the macaroni is done. For al dente check after 9 minutes.Stir in the Cheddar cheese until melted.Serve immediately garnished with some chopped fresh parsley if desired.
