1 box spaghetti150 ml water1 teaspoon kosher salthalf a teaspoon of black pepperHalf a cup of thickened cream1 quarter cup of grated parmesan cheese2 tablespoons unsalted butter1 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon minced garlic

In a medium pot boil the water and add half the saltAfter the water boil add the pasta and wait around 10 minutesWhen the pasta is ready strain it and toss it in olive oilIn a medium saucer add the cream, parmesan,olive oil, garlic,salt pepper and butter, and stir until its thickened.Plate and sereve.ENJOY!!!
