Wet Ingredients3 eggs1/3 cup Eloo1/3 cup truvia brown sugar blend1 tsp vanilla1 tsp maple flavorDry Ingredients2.5 cups Cashew flour1/2 cup Chopped Pecans1/2 cup sf chocolate chips1/2 cup sf vanilla chips1/2 cup chopped dates1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp pink salt

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl and combine til smooth and well blendedTo that bowl add ingredients in that order and mix well. Let sit 5 minutes for the cashew flower to absorb moisture for a more evenly baked cookie.Bake in a preheated 375°oven for 10 minutes, checking halfway to turn rack for even baking.
