pre-cooking4 cup warm water3 tbsp saltprepping2 cup all purpose flour1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp granulated garlic1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt1 tsp white pepper2 egg whites2 cup bread crumbs1 tsp dried rosemary1 tsp dried savoury1 tsp dried majoram1 tsp dried sage1 tsp dried thyme1 handful of fresh parsley and cilantro2 clove garlic2 large shiitake1/2 tomato1 handful of capsicum1/2 cup olive oil1/2 cup mozarella/cheddar/parmesan

soak the chicken cuts into the warm water and salt for 15 minutes to tenderize the chickenmix the flour, granulated garlic, paprika, peppers and saltget the egg whites in one containerbread crumbs into one containercoat the chicken with the flour mixturethen coat with egg whitethen coat with bread crumbsdeep fry the chicken using medium heat temperature in a wok for 2 minutes or until it is crispy outsidepre heat the oven at 350 farenheit/180 celciuswrap the chicken with aluminium foilgarnish with capsicum, garlic, shiitake, olive oil, tomato, herbsplace the cheese on top of the chickenplace the wrap in the oven for 20-25 minutesready to serve
