PB Oat Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 C oat milk
  • .25 C Rolled Oats
  • 1 C Raw Cashews
  • .66 C Maple syrup
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • .25 t salt
  • 1 oz gin or vodka

Directions

  • Simmer 1C milk with the Rolled oats until soft, set aside to cool.
  • Blend 2C milk with the cashews until smooth, add the oats, syrup, vanilla, salt, gin, and blend again. Refrigerate until cold, then process.
  • Needs to warm 15min before scooping.
