Ingredients

3 C oat milk.25 C Rolled Oats1 C Raw Cashews.66 C Maple syrup1 T vanilla extract.25 t salt1 oz gin or vodka
Directions

Simmer 1C milk with the Rolled oats until soft, set aside to cool.Blend 2C milk with the cashews until smooth, add the oats, syrup, vanilla, salt, gin, and blend again. Refrigerate until cold, then process.Needs to warm 15min before scooping.
