Ingredients

  • 8-12 apples, cored & sliced
  • .25 C water
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • to taste Sweetener
  • 1 t cinnamon

Directions

  • Fill pressure cooker to max line with apples. Add water, lemon juice, cinnamon and sweetener.
  • Cook 5min. Cool 10-15min, then release pressure.
  • Immersion blend to desired consistency. Adjust taste with spices or sugar.
