12 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins4 eggs1/2 cup milk or 1/2 & 1/22 cup flour2 cup Finely crushed rice krispiessalt & pepper1 vegetable oil
Directions

Mix eggs and milk (1/2&1/2)Combine flour finely crushed rice krispies and seasoning in a large bowl until fully mixedAdd vegetable oil into your deep frier or a large frying pan on medium high heatDip your chicken in your flour mix then egg wash then flour mix again. (Repeat for each piece)Drop your chicken in and let fry for 10 to 12 minutes.Let you chicken rest on a paper towel for approx 5 minutes then ENJOY!
