Finger licken fried chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 & 1/2
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup Finely crushed rice krispies
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 vegetable oil

Directions

  • Mix eggs and milk (1/2&1/2)
  • Combine flour finely crushed rice krispies and seasoning in a large bowl until fully mixed
  • Add vegetable oil into your deep frier or a large frying pan on medium high heat
  • Dip your chicken in your flour mix then egg wash then flour mix again. (Repeat for each piece)
  • Drop your chicken in and let fry for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Let you chicken rest on a paper towel for approx 5 minutes then ENJOY!
