Grilled chickenwings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg chicken-wings
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garamasala
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon blackpeper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon tanduri masala
  • 2 tablespoon soyasauce
  • honey 1&1/2 tablespoon
  • 1/2 lemon
  • salt

Directions

  • Wash the wings,and place in a bowl,add all ingredients mention above and mix well and cover to let them marinate the whole day in the fridge.
  • After marination, mix them well once more and cook them in a pan in a low-medium heat til well cooked on both sides or you can grill them in the oven at 180° for 15 minutes on both sides.
  • When ready serve on a plate with fries or rice and enjoy 😋.
