Steak/Rib/Roast Rub for BBQ or Smoking

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Minced Onion
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Paprika
  • 1 TBSP Black Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Dried Parsley
  • 2 TSP Himalayan Salt
  • 2 TSP Ground Mustard Seed
  • 1 1/2 TSP Cumin
  • 1 1/2 TSP Ground Celery Seed
  • 1 TSP Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 TSP Cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix all spices together. Be sure to break up the brown sugar so it doesn’t clump.
  • Add some oil or some soy sauce and rub it around the meat. Then sprinkle spice rub and massage in.
  • Roast it, Smoke it, or use it to grill - Enjoy!
