Ingredients

  • 1 kg farm fresh Clean jute leaves
  • 2 large size chopped onion
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 2 dry red chilli
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil

Directions

  • Clean and wash the fresh green jute leaves and put it into a pot. Put salt as required with chopped onions and green chillies into it. Cover the pot and heat it on stove in a medium low flame.
  • After 10-18 minutes, open the pot and check it. If the jute leaves become fully boiled and soft, stop the stove immediately and put out the steamed jute leaves from the pot. Keep it aside.
  • Now, take another frypan, put it on stove and heat it. Put mustard oil.
  • When oil become heated, put 2 dry red chillies into it and fry i munutes. Now, put all the steamed green jute leaves into it and stir fry it in a high flame for 4-7 munites.
  • When it’s done, stop the flame immediately. Tasty jute green leaves stir fry is ready to serve.
