Churma laddoos

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup besan flour
  • 1/4 cup fine semolina
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/3 cup Jaggery
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cardamon powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Poppy seeds for garnishing

Directions

  • In a large bowl add wheat flour besan and semolina mix these then add oil 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and warm water and knead into a dough.
  • Now take the dough and make shapes of a fist and fry these in oil till they are golden brown
  • Then cut these into little shapes let them cool down and grind them to a powder and leave aside
  • Now melt ghee in a pan and add the jaggery and melt the jaggery. Then add this mixture to the powder already prepared then add nutmeg and cardamon powder. Mix these well
  • Using a mould make these laddoos and garnish with poppy seeds great dessert warm or cold after dinner 😊
