1 1/2 cups wheat flour1/4 cup besan flour1/4 cup fine semolina1 1/2 tablespoon Oil1/2 cup Water1/4 cup Ghee1/3 cup Jaggery1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg powder1/8 teaspoon Cardamon powderOil for fryingPoppy seeds for garnishing

In a large bowl add wheat flour besan and semolina mix these then add oil 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and warm water and knead into a dough.Now take the dough and make shapes of a fist and fry these in oil till they are golden brownThen cut these into little shapes let them cool down and grind them to a powder and leave asideNow melt ghee in a pan and add the jaggery and melt the jaggery. Then add this mixture to the powder already prepared then add nutmeg and cardamon powder. Mix these wellUsing a mould make these laddoos and garnish with poppy seeds great dessert warm or cold after dinner 😊
