Pour enough mustard over chicken pieces to coat. Add dash of Worcestershire s sauce and work through chicken. Cover and merinate as long as possible, from 1 hour to overnight.Mix Sazon goya, flour and cayenne thouroughlyHeat oil for frying on medium high heatTake chicken pieces, still covered in mustard mixture and coat in flourPlace floured chicken in hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes, depending on chicken sizeEnjoy
