Fried chicken with butter garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • chicken
  • 6 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • coating
  • 3 cup sr flour
  • marinade
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • sauce
  • 1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
  • 2 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • frying oil
  • oil to fry

Directions

  • Cut chicken into little steaks salt and garlic the chicken. Put into a bag with pickle juice let marinate, for an hour.
  • Put flour in bag with chicken ziplock it up shake it to coat. Heat oil in pan.
  • Fry the chicken. Set on a paper towel to absorb excess oil
  • Put all but the water and cornstarch bring to boil for 3 minutes then mix cornstarch and water add to boiling mixture. Stirring constantly let thicken just a bit. Serve on top or the side.
