Fried chicken with butter garlic sauce

chicken6 lb chicken breasts1 tbsp salt1 tbsp granulated garlic powdercoating3 cup sr flourmarinade1/4 cup pickle juicesauce1/4 cup Heinz ketchup2 stick butter1/4 cup granulated garlic powder1/4 cup red wine2 tbsp red wine vinegar2 tbsp water2 tbsp cornstarch2 tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup sugarfrying oiloil to fry

Cut chicken into little steaks salt and garlic the chicken. Put into a bag with pickle juice let marinate, for an hour.Put flour in bag with chicken ziplock it up shake it to coat. Heat oil in pan.Fry the chicken. Set on a paper towel to absorb excess oilPut all but the water and cornstarch bring to boil for 3 minutes then mix cornstarch and water add to boiling mixture. Stirring constantly let thicken just a bit. Serve on top or the side.Hope you enjoy!This is a lot of chicken any leftovers could be frozen for another meal or even sandwiches
