Ingredients

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • Black pepper
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tbsp mayonaise
  • 5 pieced chicken liver
  • Salt
  • Shallots
  • 1.pcs of lemon
  • Half tsp.vinegar

Directions

  • Wash and patbdry the chicken then rub with salt.Preheat oven at 250c and bake it for 45mins.When done,lrt it cool and chop into pieces.Cover and set aside
  • Stir fry shallot until soft then add chicken.Put the.mayonaise,lemon juice,black pepper,vinegar and chilli.Then keep mixing until all are incorporated.Season with salt according to your taste.
