First slice your bread and keep it in the fridge for 5minNow dice your vegetablesCrack your eggs and mix with the diced vegetables and salt.At this stage, go for your bread and cut the middle in a square shape.Now heat your span and add your cooking oil or butterNow put the sliced bread with the middle open into the span, then pour your mixed eggs in to the middle of the breadNow apply butter or oil to the removed part of the bread and cover the open partNow turn the bread and fry till it’s brownishNow cut the fried bread into triangular shapesNow breakfast is ready. serve with hot creamy chocolate tea or with juice
