Ingredients

  • eggs
  • vegetables(carrots, bell pepper, onions, etc.)
  • spices (salt)
  • bread
  • oil or butter

Directions

  • First slice your bread and keep it in the fridge for 5min
  • Now dice your vegetables
  • Crack your eggs and mix with the diced vegetables and salt.
  • At this stage, go for your bread and cut the middle in a square shape.
  • Now heat your span and add your cooking oil or butter
  • Now put the sliced bread with the middle open into the span, then pour your mixed eggs in to the middle of the bread
  • Now apply butter or oil to the removed part of the bread and cover the open part
  • Now turn the bread and fry till it’s brownish
  • Now cut the fried bread into triangular shapes
  • Now breakfast is ready. serve with hot creamy chocolate tea or with juice
