Peanut Butter and Chocolate Waffles Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 210 g gluten free self raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 225 ml natural soya yoghurt
  • 40 g dairy free spread, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 150 ml dairy free milk
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons dairy free chocolate spread (see recipe)

Directions

  • To make the waffles, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until light and fluffy Heat up your waffle iron and spray with olive oil Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown
  • Add the peanut butter to the basic waffle mix prior to cooking Once cooked, spread the waffles with dairy free chocolate spread Sandwich two waffles together and slice diagonally
