Honey Mustard Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine mayo, mustard, paprika, honey, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Half will be a marinade half will be dipping sauce.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Place it in a shallow bowl or bag.
  • Coat the chicken in honey mustard sauce.
  • Refrigerate this for 30 minutes or over night.
  • Prepare a dredging station.
  • One by one coat the chicken in panko bread crumbs.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Take out once completely done and let cool down a bit.
