Olive Oil1 chopped Onion1/2 Sliced Bell pepper1/2 tube garlic pureeTbsp Medium Curry Powder1 +1/2 tsp Tomato puree1 tsp honey500 g chicken breast or thigh1 Can coconut milk1 tsp Garlic granules1 tsp Hot sauce

Brown/cook the chicken in the oilSweat onion and pepper with the chickenAdd the curry powder and stir in for a minuteAdd garlic puree and tomato puree and stir for 1 minuteAdd in the coconut milk, honey and hot sauce and stir.Stir occasionally and reduce until desired texture, I prefer a thicker curry
