Healthy fried chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 medium chicken breasts
  • oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • seasoning

Directions

  • In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs
  • In another bowl oat flour and seasoning
  • Deep the chicken in the egg mixture and coat well in the oat flour mixture
  • Repeat step 3
  • Fry the chicken in a pan with oil. I would suggest coconut oil
