Butter Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 piece chicken breasts
  • 1 piece onion, slice
  • 2 piece garlic, chop
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (english)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 500 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  • Cut 1 chicken breast to 5 parts. Seasoning with salt and pepper
  • Fry chicken with vegetable oil with medium heat till cooked and golden brown.
  • Take a pan with low heat. Let s make the sauce!
  • Melt butter, add soy sauce, english soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, and salt.
  • Stir and mix it well with low heat so that the sauce is not burned.
  • Put the fried chicken and onion. Mix until it is cooked. Ready to serve with steam rice or mashed potato!
