Italian inspired chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 500 g pasata
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 mozzarella ball

Directions

  • Slice the onion and lay out the slices on the dish.
  • Stir the garlic into the pasata and pour over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle on the herbs and bake at 160° for about 45 mins depending on how thick your chicken pieces are.
  • For the last 10 mins add slices of mozzarella onto each chicken piece. Serve over tagliatelle.
