500 g Pork belly or Pork shoulder2 Spring onion1 small chunk Ginger4-5 cloves Garlic2 Bay leaf2 Star anise2-3 Tablespoons HoneySaltBoiled waterSeasoning4 Tablespoons Char siu sauce2 Tablespoons Fermented bean curd sauce1 Tablespoon Soy sauce1 Tablespoon Oyster sauce1.5 Tablespoons Rice wine

Pan fried pork, spring onion, garlic and ginger until all meats turn into golden brown on both sides.Add in boiled water and cook for 5 minutes.Add in all seasoning, bay leaf and star anise. Stew for 20-25 minutes.When the sauce turns thicker, turn the heat off. Pour in the honey and make sure char siu pork is covered the sauce evenly. Enjoy 😋
