  • 8 Chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup Lawrys season salt
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp water
  • chicken breader
  • 1 peanut oil
  • hot sauce

Directions

  • Clean and wash chicken wings. ..season chicken throughly
  • In a small bowl, mix eggs and water and hot sauce(as much as you want) to make egg wash.
  • Heat up the fry daddy, dip chicken in egg wash, roll in breader and fry until golden brown
  • Enjoy!!!
