Chipotle Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken tenderloins
  • 3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp Grill Master Chipotle and roasted garlic seasoning
  • 3 cup vegetable oil ( enough to cover the bottom of your frying pan about a half inch up)

Directions

  • Add your flour and your Chipotle seasoning in a medium-size bowl and mix together well
  • In a large frying pan start to heat up your oil on medium to medium high heat
  • Roll your chicken tenderloins in your flower and chipotle mixture to give it a nice light coating
  • Drop your battered chicken tenderloins in the oil and let them fried till golden brown roughly 2 to 3 minutes on each side
  • Once you pull your chicken out of your frying pan I usually like to set it on a rack or on paper towels to let the oil drain off then enjoy with your favorite choice of sides. :)
