1 tsp salt2 tbsp ginger juice3 tbsp wineslices GingerSpring onionOlive oil

Wash and pat dry chicken.Rub chicken.in.and.out with salt.Then same with ginger juice and wine.Put ginger slices and spring onion inside the cavity of chicken.The rub with olive oil all over it.Take a wok or pot and fill with water.Let it boil after boiling place the chicken inside and steam.for 35 to 40 mins.Depends the size of chicken.Dipping….spring onion mash,ginger grated,a little salt,a little oil.Mix properly
