Deep Pan Fried Chicken (asian)

Ingredients

  • 1 DEEP PAN FRIED CHICKEN=
  • 1 kg chicken 2 cup water 2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 3 onion, chopped and 1 karahi national packet spice
  • 1 FOR GARNISH=
  • 1 chopped ginger
  • 3 Green chillis
  • 1 bunch green coriander
  • 1 CORIANDER SOUP=
  • 1 kg yogurt
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 2 Green chillis and pinch of salt

Directions

  • Boil chicken in 2 cup water with ginger garlic paste
  • In deep pan pour 2 cup oil and chop 3 onion and 1 kg tomatoe
  • Stir it in oil and pour the national karahi spice 1 packet
  • Add the boiled chicken in the oil and stir it
  • And then cap the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes
  • FOR GARNISH= sprinkle chopped green coriander, cbopped green chilli and chopped ginger and the chicken is ready
  • FOR SOUP= blend coriander and green chilli and yogurt and 1 pinch of salt
  • After done eat it with tortillas and soda or anything you like
