1 DEEP PAN FRIED CHICKEN=1 kg chicken 2 cup water 2 cup oil1 tsp ginger and garlic paste1 kg tomatoes3 onion, chopped and 1 karahi national packet spice1 FOR GARNISH=1 chopped ginger3 Green chillis1 bunch green coriander1 CORIANDER SOUP=1 kg yogurt1 bunch coriander2 Green chillis and pinch of salt

Boil chicken in 2 cup water with ginger garlic pasteIn deep pan pour 2 cup oil and chop 3 onion and 1 kg tomatoeStir it in oil and pour the national karahi spice 1 packetAdd the boiled chicken in the oil and stir itAnd then cap the pan and let it cook for 10 minutesFOR GARNISH= sprinkle chopped green coriander, cbopped green chilli and chopped ginger and the chicken is readyFOR SOUP= blend coriander and green chilli and yogurt and 1 pinch of saltAfter done eat it with tortillas and soda or anything you like
