500 g beef mince2 onions, finelly chopped2 grated carrots (optional)1 tin passata + ½ tin water300 ml double cream1 beef stock cube1 tsp garlic powderBlack + white pepper3 tbsp ketchup2 tbsp tomato puré1 tin sweetcorn

Fry the beef mince and onions and add the remaining ingredients to the pot.Cook on the hob for 10-20 minutes or in the slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours (I don’t recommend cooking it any longer since it might make the cream curdle).Enjoy!
