2 lb chicken tenderloins strips2 cups flourto taste salt & pepper1 Tbsp. Garlic powder1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning blend2 Tbsp. paprika3 Tbsp butter, melted1 cup or more Texas Pete brand hot sauce

Heat about 1 of oil in a pan. Season both sides of tenderloin with salt & pepper.In a bowl add flour and dried seasonings, stir to combine. Dredge tenderloins in flour and cook about 5 minutes per side.In a small bowl melt butter, add hot sauce, stir to combine. In a bowl with a lid, place tenderloin in bowl pour over sauce, seal & toss!! ENJOY!!
