Keto/Paleo/Vegan Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milled linseed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  • to taste Spices

Directions

  • Mix linseed, chia seeds, salt and spices in bowl.
  • Add water and mix to thick paste consistency. Adjust ingredients as necessary to form a thick paste. I wouldn’t call it dough.
  • Cover baking tray with tin foil or baking paper and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  • Spread mixture thinly to cover tray and a score to mark sizes of crackers.
  • Cook at 160 C for 30 minutes. Check every 5 minutes to prevent over cooking. Temperature may need adjusting according to your own oven performance.
  • Cool down on a cooling rack at room temperature.
  • Store in airtight container for up to 3 weeks in the pantry.
