1/2 cup flourPinch salt pinch of pepperDash Greek seasoningLard2 eggs6-8 chicken thighs or breasts (depending on size), which ever you prefer1/2 cup corn starch

Boil chicken breast for about 20 minutes then let dry for at least an hourCombine cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper and Greek seasoningDip chicken in egg wash them coat in cornstarch mixtureHeat lard until piping hotAdd chicken turn only once after sides are golden brown
