Ingredients

  • 2 tbl spoons flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbl spoons parsley (dried)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 3 teaspoon butter
  • Paprika
  • Turmeric
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • Olive oil
  • Stock cube (chicken)
  • Chicken spice
  • Salt
  • 1 tbl spoon Soy sauce

Directions

  • Rub the chicken spice and salt on the chicken breasts. Fry the breasts in a bit of oil and butter on low heat until golden.
  • Mix flour, paprika, garlic, black pepper, turmeric, parsley, soy sauce and water.
  • Throw in half of a stock cube into your chicken. I crumble mine to make it easier.
  • Pour in the ingredients from step 2, mix the ingredients in the pan and drizzle the gravy continuously over your chicken.
  • Reduce your heat to let it slow cook. When chicken is ready, squeeze a bit of lemon on the chicken.
  • Your dish is ready and is best served with mashed potato.
  • Tip: use a fork to poke your chicken every now and then to ensure cooking on the inside.
