Fried Chicken skins, again!

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds boiled chicken skins
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon paprika
  • as needed extra virgin olive oil to fry the skins

Directions

  • Heat the oil and, fry the skins.
  • When the skins are crispy move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils. Season with salt, garlic, and paprika.
