1 tbsp Olive oil1 slice Salmon1/2 onion3 tbsp Soy sauce1 tbsp mirin (see tip)1 clove garlic

Thinly slice the onionPan fry the salmon with olive oilAdd in the soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and onionCook on medium heat for 2-3min and it’s ready to eat!Will go very well with rice and miso soup! (see recipe)
