Plum and blackberry crumble

Ingredients

  • Crumble
  • 70 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • Cinnamon and sugar to sprinkle
  • 1 large punnet of plums and blackberries

Directions

  • Wash and slice plums and blackberries and spread in the base of a flan dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
  • Mix the butter, sugar and flour together in a bowl, using your hands and fingertips to form breadcrumbs/crumble mixture.
  • Cook in the oven at 170 oc (fan assisted) for 25 -30 minutes or until a light golden brown
