Crumble70 g butter120 g sugar200 g flourCinnamon and sugar to sprinkle1 large punnet of plums and blackberries
Directions

Wash and slice plums and blackberries and spread in the base of a flan dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamonMix the butter, sugar and flour together in a bowl, using your hands and fingertips to form breadcrumbs/crumble mixture.Cook in the oven at 170 oc (fan assisted) for 25 -30 minutes or until a light golden brown
