Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Chicken breast
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic paste
  • Onions
  • Parsley
  • Ginger
  • Whole milk
  • Flour
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Directions

  • Add seasoning, black pepper, garlic, ginger and oil to the chicken breast
  • Cook for 8 minutes
  • In a separate pot, cook pasta for 8 minutes(you can use any pasta of your choice)
  • Drain the pasta and add chopped onions and garlic in the pot
  • Add butter and oil on a high-medium heat
  • Sauté, add milk and one tablespoon of flour
  • Bring it to a boil and add the cooked pasta
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes then add chicken breast and freshly chopped parley
  • Serve hot!
